Products & Services

We offer farm goods including seeds, natural products, and preview listings for hatching eggs and live animals. All product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for:

• Minor labeling differences or regional naming variations (e.g., “Lady Cream” vs. “Lady Finger” peas)
•  Differences in appearance between reference images of fresh or mature produce and the seeds or dried product you receive  
• Outcomes resulting from planting conditions, handling, or care after delivery
   

Orders, Payments & Refunds

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for specific eligibility, including:

• Unopened seeds with intact tamper-proof seals 
• Limited circumstances where a partial refund may be offered if we are clearly at fault for a live animal issue
   

All sales are considered final unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

Live Animal & Hatching Egg Disclaimer

Hatching eggs and live animals (e.g., chicks, hatchlings) are delicate and subject to many variables. Once available for purchase, these items will be sold as-is, with:

• No guarantee of hatch rate, survival, or gender 
• No refund due to postal delays, incubation failure, or care after delivery
   

If a delivery issue is clearly due to our packaging or error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. In such cases, a replacement or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content 
• Use our site for spam, fraud, or malicious purposes 
• Copy, reuse, or republish our photos, product descriptions, or original content without written permission
